News and events

The stock markets has it's worst week in months. The S&P 500 was down about 2%. The prospects of Russia invading Ukraine, a slowdown in China, plus mixed economic news here in the U.S. have pushed investors to start selling. Meanwhile, Russia continues to mass troops on the border of Ukraine. Why all the fuss if you do not intend to invade? Also, Russian businesses and elites have silently moved out of U.S. assets and banks to avoid any backlash from the coming military action. Things are not shaping up to well for Ukraine. Lets see how things go after the vote in Crimea this weekend to rejoin Russia. Hey, at least gold was up! It was another day and week in the calm before the storm, which is on the horizon building energy.

What do you think?
