Is selling dead? I don't think so, but the way we sell is changing. In the old economy (industrial age) mass marketing and mass selling was the way to sell products and services. In the new economy (digital age) permission marketing, building an audience, providing good quality content, customization, and having a digital presence is the way to sell products and services. The game is changing and the way to sell is changing as well. The companies that adapt to the new economy will survive. The ones that don't will fall by the wayside. So selling is not dead, it's changing.
