What is the least expensive way to get on the internet? Use a computer at a public library, use friends computer, or have someone gift you their old laptop or desktop system. The next best way is to buy a Chromebook and use it where you can get free WIFI. From there you can get a smartphone with internet, or a tablet, or a laptop - all of which will cost you a substantial amount of money. I think if you can scrounge up a couple hundred you should buy a Chromebook because it is the cheapest way to go. Then, pay for internet access at your home or place of business so you can access the internet as often as you would like. Or better yet, turn your phone into a hot spot so you can access the internet from just about anyplace you go.
