The Future - Video And The Digital Age

There is a rumor that Apple is talking to Comcast about starting a video streaming service. I am not surprised that Apple is making this move. Apple moved into the music streaming business with Apple radio not to long ago. Video would just be the next step in the process. This is just another move in the transformation into the Digital Age. More and more will migrate onto the internet. If it can be digitized, it will be streamed (or something like that). I wonder if in the near future buying content will fade away and we will all get our content as part of some kind of service. It might come from our internet service providers, or cable providers, or telephone companies, or even manufacturers. So when will Google start streaming music, video, and anything else that would be possible?

What do you think?
