Personal Improvement - Self Acceptance

According to research, one of the key things that affects happiness is self acceptance. What does that mean? I think it means to content with who you are. So often we think something is wrong with ourselves when it's not true. We are who we are. Accepting that will lead to greater happiness. So be content with how you look. Be content with your personality. Be content with what you do. Follow your passion, which is just an extension of who you are and you will be happier.
