Creativity

What is more important good ideas or talented people? I just read an article that makes the case that talented people are more important than good ideas. I agree. The reality is that good ideas are actually not that hard to come up with. That's easy to prove. Look around you and you can see the results of hundreds of good ideas. If they were hard to come up with, they would not be as prevalent as they are. The big problem we have today is that we are not helping people become good at stuff and then letting them come up with good ideas. Ideas do not spring forth on their own. They come from people and the best ideas come from the most talented. Help people find their talent, help them improve the talent they have, and then get out of their way. That's the best way to come up with good ideas.
