There was no major world news today. Everything seems to have quieted down. Here in Southern California we experienced a nice sized quake last night. We we live it was just a gentle rolling, but in north Orange County it was a nice shaker. Since then there have been about 100 aftershocks most of which were not very big. The death toll from the mudslide in the state of Washington was raised, but the amount of people missing was lowered. Other than that, nothing else major happened.
It was definitely another day in the calm before the storm.
