Creativity - Keep showing up

Here is an interesting quote I read today:

"If you want to be creative – or a successful creative worker – you have to decide now, today, that you’ll keep showing up. Then, when you start feeling exhausted or stuck, taking a timed break and coming back to keep working." Tanner Christensen

Creativity might not be all about being different or weird or strange (though that works for some people). Creativity is all about showing up and doing the work. You write the words, paint the painting, compose the music, find the solution, or produce the product. Creativity is all about getting things done. To bad many of us confuse creativity with be some esoteric activity. It's actually something we all do all the time. Just show up.
