I did not watch the Oscars last night. I just find them boring and I have better things to do. I have not watched any of the Best picture nominees. I would like to see Gravity when it comes out for rental though. The music score won the Oscar last night. John Williams was nominated again and once again he did not win. He is the most nominated person in the history of the Oscars and I wonder if it works against him. At 82 he is still writing music and is scheduled to write the music for the next Star Wars movie. Wow, I hope I am as active and prolific in my 80's as he is. Hopefully the academy does not wait till he passes to honor all his accomplishments.
