Does the internet help or hinder creativity. There are many who think that the internet is one big time suck and you need to avoid it at all cost if you want to be creative and productive. I disagree - sort of. Can you waste hours on the internet doing unproductive things? Your sure can (and who hasn't). But, I find that using the internet provides me with a constant stream of ideas. It is an amazing collection of "thoughts" that I can tap to get new "thoughts". If you use the internet as a tool, it works great. If you use the internet as a distraction, well, it works great for that as well. Maybe the issue is not the internet, but a bit of self discipline?
