The digital age is all about change. In the digital age millions of jobs are going to disappear and millions of new one will appear. In order to keep being employed we are all going to need to continually learn new skills and knowledge. It is the reality of the digital age. How do you know what to learn? How do you know what skills you need? That is the hard part, but if you spend time surfing the internet and reading about what is going on, things become clearer. We are all going to need to keep up with the trends in our spheres of work and influences. We will all need to read, think about, and then act on the trends we spot for ourselves. The digital age is going to be all about taking responsibility for our own learning and training.
