Internet Business - Lifelong Customers

Seth Godin (blogger preeminent) has made the point that we no longer live in a "one sale" age. We live in the lifelong customer age. He means that customers will buy from you for a lifetime if you keep delivering what they need and want. If you don't deliver, they will move on to another provider. They will also more than likely take as many customers with them. In the age of social media all businesses are one blog post, one tweet, one instagram away from potentially being ruined. If you are in business (which we all are in some way) always keep in mind that customers can be buyers for life, or they can also ruin us.

What do you think?
