The chief of NATO forces said today that Russia has all the pieces in place if it wants to invade Ukraine. It has a combined armed force of over 40,000 men that has all the parts that would be needed to carry out a swift invasion of Ukraine. The force that is at the border can go at any time. It would only need a 12 hours notice to move into Ukraine. The force is also enough to accomplish taking eastern Ukraine in 3-5 days. So why has Russia moved this force to the border?
