Personal Improvement - Habits

Habits can make us or break us because it's out habits that control many of the things we do. How we do our work, how we treat people, how we think are all affected by our habits. So we need to pay attention to the habits we develop and the habits we want to have. The conventional wisdom is that it takes 21 days to develop a habit. It turns out that is not quite right. New research has discovered that it takes longer to develop a habit. It takes more than 60 days. So is there a new habit you want to to develop in your life? Then plan on taking over 2 months to make it happen.
