There are times when I find it hard to write. I have found that if I just keep putting words on the page, the words eventually begin to flow. It might take a while and I might just write meaningless stuff, but if i keep going the words start to appear and I find something to write about. I just have to keep going and it works. In other words, I have to have faith in the process.
