Deaths

Did you know that more people die from medical accidents than from gun violence every year in the U.S.? It is estimated that more than 30,000 people die each year as a result of the use of a gun (20,000 from suicide and 10,000 from homicide). It is estimated that 800,000 people die each year as a result of medical malpractice. So you are 26 times more likely to be killed by a health practitioner than a gun! so why are we worried about gun control when we should much more concerned with health practitioner control! Wow, I am going to pay careful attention every time I interact with a health practitioner. They might kill me!

What do you think?
